Law360, published by Portfolio Media, Inc. is an online daily newswire that covers breaking legal news for a sophisticated audience of lawyers at firms, corporations and government agencies.

We are currently looking for talented Reporters to join our NYC editorial team!

On a typical day reporters at Law360 will file four stories. These stories will cover a wide array of practice areas, including employment law, environmental law, intellectual property law and securities law, in industries such as energy, financial services, health-care, media and technology.

Positions on both our day-shift (10:30a to 6:30p) and night-shift (2:00p to 10:00p) are available.

Required experience includes;

• BA/BS in Journalism;
• Two years of paid, full-time reporting experience or relevant graduate degree;
• Demonstrated reporting, writing and organizational skills;
• And an interest in business and legal issues.Preferred experience includes;

• Graduate degree;
• Experience in news reporting (AP Style), covering legal, regulatory affairs, or business news;
• Or working with daily deadlines.Law360 offers extensive training on legal topics. A legal degree or legal reporting experience is not required.
