Site-team recommends reaccreditation

A three-member team has recommended that Washington and Lee’s Department of Journalism and Mass Communications be reaccredited by the Accrediting Council on Education in Journalism and Mass Communications.  The recommendation is the first of three steps in the accrediting process. Seniors honored by department

Brooke Sutherland received the Departmental Scholarship for Excellence in Journalism -- and is the university's valedictorian.
